Here at MEN Up North, we take a holistic approach to our Mental Health so we don't just meet up in a room and talk. We get outside in the fresh air, we get out of our comfort zones and challenge ourselves. Here you'll find activities we've done in the past and what we currently offer. We've held groups in busy food halls, a barber's shop, gone for walk and talks, in a bank, on the allotment. We're always looking for different spaces to try and if it normalises mental health then that's an added bonus!
